Happy to share news of the world premiere for A Place in the World which will take place in the UK this fall. First in Wales, not far from where the sculpture is now located at the University of South Wales, Pontypridd. This world premiere is being organized by the Chapter Arts Centre Cardiff, the University of South Wales and the YMa Arts Centre. After the sculpture's historic return to Cardiff, Garth Evans gifted the sculpture to the University of South Wales where it has found its permanent home.From Wales, the film will travel to London, for a screening at the Courthauld institute of Art. Then in November, the film travels to New York City for a screening at the New York Studio School of Painting, Drawing & Sculpture. Each film screening will be followed by a panel discussion.
